Who Are We?

With over 20 years in the health and fitness industry, we recognized there was a gap in the approach to nutrition. Complex plans, restrictive diets, and pressure to align to a specific food regimes or body ideals left little to no room to be flexible to an individual's needs. ReFeed Nutrition was born out of the idea that nutrition could be made simple and accessible to everyone,  that a health goal is more than just becoming a certain body size, and that good nutrition moves in cycles and stages, much like life. 

In nutritional terms, a refeed is a planned increase in calories on a weekly basis, designed to give your body a break from calorie restriction. In the simplest terms, it's a strategic interruption designed to keep you moving towards your goals.

 

Much like a refeed, our plans will help you interrupt a cycle of behavior that might not be working, all well working to create and reinforce positive lasting habits.  We believe in creating balance and harmony in our plans  - life is complicated enough, your nutrition shouldn't be.

1. Pick Your Plan

3. Paired Coach

Once you've been paired with your coach, your coach will reach out to you within 48hours to do your first meet and greet. This will allow you to work together to identify any specific areas of concern, go over tracking guidelines, and pick a time for your check-ins.

Here comes the questions! Designed to get to know you, our intake form will help make sure we are pairing you up with the right Nutrition Coach to help meet your individual goals and needs.

4. Personal Plans and Weekly Checkins

Weekly check-ins are where the magic starts to happen. You'll assess how things are going, review food logs and photos, and your coach can answer any questions you may have. Your coach and you will be working together to track what is working for your body and lifestyle while making the changes needed to keep you moving towards your goals. Have questions outside of your check-in? You can send your coach questions any time of day, and get a response within 48hours

5. Information at Your Fingertips

From unlimited access to our blog posts containing  recipes, and workout tips from industry experts to all access to our Members only Facebook Group, you'll have all the support you need to feel empowered and motivated in between check-ins
